FAQ: How to update my profile photo on Office 365?

Office 365 allows users to add or change their account profile photo with a personal one. The profile photo could be shown on Outlook and other Office 365 services so users can easily identify the right person. To update your profile photo, please see Add your profile photo on Office 365 for details.

Notes:

  1. Your photo will appear everywhere there's a profile photo circle in Office 365.
  2. The photo uploaded should be a JPG, PNG or GIF format and should not be larger than 4MB.
