FAQ: When I print my PowerPoint file it hangs.

Users may encounter a situation that when printing a PowerPoint file will cause the application hang. Users can try the below solution to fix it.

Procedures:

After open your PowerPoint file, from the ribbon bar, click File -> Options...

Change to the Advanced tab from the left panel. And look for the Print session.

Uncheck the option Print in background then click OK

Now, you can try to print the file again.
