FAQ: I have deleted some mails already but my e-mail quota is still full. Why?
It may be due to the following reasons:
- The Deleted Items folder contains lots of messages or other items, which have been deleted some time ago and moved temporarily to this folder. In that case, delete all these items in the folder to free quota space.
- There are many items containing in the Journal folder. Check Question My mail quota is full and I cannot send any message. What can I do? for details on how to remove these items to allow more space for use.
- Some of your messages have attachment(s) of very large size like PowerPoint presentation file(s). Delete these messages if they are not needed or move them to a Personal Folder.
