FAQ: I receive a notification message every time when new e-mail arrives. Can I turn it off?

Yes. You may turn it off by the following steps:

In Outlook,

1. From the ribbon bar, choose File -> Options.
2. From the left panel, choose "Mail".
3. Look for the "Message arrival" session
4. Uncheck the box of "Display a Desktop Alert"
5. Click OK to finish.
