With Single Sign-On (SSO), users can access most web services of the University with just one login, using their email address (i.e. username@eduhk.hk for staff and sxxxxxxx@s.eduhk.hk for students), through Microsoft with multi-factor authentication.

Please note:
- Student email (i.e. Google Apps for Students) is not covered by SSO due to technical limitations.
- SSO adds convenience to users. But for security reasons, please remember to close ALL browser windows to log out of a session COMPLETELY.
